For established Singapore companies

Your company’s operating history is data AI labs can’t find anywhere else.

If your company has 50+ office staff and 3+ years of records, it may be able to license that operating history to a vetted AI lab for $100K–$5M. You don’t sell it, and you don’t send anyone a file to find out.

DataSupply’s published range. No offer or payment is guaranteed. Buyers decide eligibility and terms.

Why AI labs pay for records like yours

AI models have been trained on what’s public. What they haven’t seen is the inside of a working business: the decisions, handoffs and fixes your team records every day.

Check if your company qualifies

Four quick questions. Nothing you select is saved or sent anywhere.

What industry is your company in?
How many office-based staff?
How many years of business records?
What does your team use every week? Pick all that apply

Start with your industry.

Answer the four questions to see whether a discovery call makes sense for your company.

The records buyers look for

You’re not handing over files. A license lets a vetted lab use agreed records under terms you approve, and your company keeps ownership.

How work gets done

SOPs, playbooks, templates and process documents your team relies on.

How decisions get made

Approvals, handoffs and the exceptions your team resolves every week.

What happens next

Project histories, service workflows and CRM stages that link work to outcomes.

What your team knows

Knowledge bases, wikis, reports and everyday working files.

Examples only, not a list of files to send. What’s useful depends on buyer demand, record quality and how safely it can be prepared.

Your data and your money go direct. Never through us.

DataSupply makes the introduction. Everything after that is between your company and the buyer.

How it works

  1. Discovery call

30 minutes with me. Tell me what your company does and what it keeps records of. No data needed.

  2. Fit review

DataSupply looks at which vetted labs have demand for records like yours, and which rights and privacy questions to settle. It isn’t a valuation.

  3. Introduction

If there’s interest, you’re introduced to the lab by name. You check them out yourself. No cost and no obligation.

  4. You decide

Your lawyer reviews the agreement. Data moves only after you sign, directly to the buyer, who pays you directly.

Five warning signs when anyone wants your data

Use this checklist on anyone who approaches your company, including us.

  • They want money from you before anything happens.
  • They ask for raw data before an agreement is signed.
  • They won’t say who ends up with the data or how it’s protected.
  • They quote you a price before seeing your records.
  • They push you to commit on the first call.

We pass all five. Hold us to it.

How your data is kept secure

It never passes through us

DataSupply doesn’t ask for, receive or store your business datasets. Not at the start, and not later.

Nothing moves until you sign

Any transfer happens only after your company signs an agreement your own lawyer has reviewed, and it goes directly from you to the buyer.

You set the scope

You decide which records, which uses and which recipients the agreement covers. Anything sensitive can stay out entirely.

Sensitive details come out first

Customer and other confidential information must be scrubbed before any use. You can require the buyer to set out its anonymisation and security process in writing before you commit.

Common questions

Which industries does this work for?

In Singapore I focus on logistics, freight, accounting, law, manufacturing and financial services, but useful records come from many fields. If your company meets the criteria, it’s worth a conversation.

Do we need to send data to find out?

No. Start by telling us what your company does and the kinds of records it keeps. DataSupply doesn’t ask for, receive or store business datasets.

What decides how much it’s worth?

There’s no standard price. Value depends on buyer demand, the quality of your records, what uses are permitted and the rights requested, including any exclusivity. DataSupply helps present and negotiate the opportunity, but the buyer decides whether to proceed and what to pay.

What does it cost us?

Nothing upfront. DataSupply earns a success fee only if a deal it facilitates closes. The fee is set out in the Commercialization Agreement.

Do we give up ownership of our data?

No. A license lets the buyer use agreed records under terms you approve. Your company keeps its data.

Who will we be dealing with?

Me first, Kai Law, Director of Partnerships, DataSupply Singapore. If your company fits, I introduce you to DataSupply’s team. Any agreement is then signed directly between your company and the buyer.

Why would an AI company pay for our records?

AI models have learned from what’s public. How a real company makes decisions, hands work between people and resolves problems is almost never published. Operational records show that in practice, and buyers pay for the ones that are relevant and usable for what they’re building.

How are the AI labs chosen?

DataSupply only works with labs that meet its top 0.01% credibility standard. It looks at each lab, the customers it serves and the kinds of records it needs before suggesting a fit. You’re introduced by name, you verify the lab yourself, and your team and lawyer make the final call.

What kinds of records could matter?

Documented processes, task and project histories, CRM workflow data, templates and frameworks, knowledge bases and everyday working files can all show repeatable patterns. What actually matters depends on the buyer, the quality of your records and how safely they can be prepared.

Do we need to be a technology company?

No. Useful operational knowledge comes from logistics, freight, accounting, law, manufacturing, finance and many other fields. What matters is how your company works and whether its records match what a buyer needs.

Will anyone see our customers’ information?

The programmes involved require sensitive and confidential information to be scrubbed before any use. Ask the buyer to explain its anonymisation and security process in writing, and have your own lawyer review the agreement before anything moves.

How does the deal actually work?

If there’s a fit, you’re introduced to the buyer. You check them out and decide whether to sign an agreement directly with them. Data moves only after you sign, straight from your company to the buyer, and the buyer pays your company directly.

Is there any obligation if we book a call?

None. The call is free, you don’t share any data, and if your company isn’t a fit, I’ll tell you straight.

Find out in 30 minutes whether your records qualify.

No dataset, no upfront fee, no obligation. If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you straight.
